Under Mow’s leadership, the NTTA team successfully delivered many large tollway projects, including the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge, Sam Rayburn Tollway, the conversion to all-electronic toll collection, President George Bush Eastern and Western extensions and the Chisholm Trail parkway. The NTTA team has a proven track record for delivering projects on time and on budget. And a focus on world-class maintenance and operations of the tollway system.

Mow has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of engineering and management. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
